The initial installation of Adobe Acrobat DC Pro is not included in the subscription. We provide a template free of charge, which the customer can fill with their installation media. Alternatively, it can be requested as part of a support contract or as "Packaging Support Subscription Plus" at a one-time price of 300 € (net).
